A little advice

If you're having issues with the heat I would like to say a few things to you. One, suck it up its only May. Two, don't wear layers they are not your friend. Three, talcum/baby powder is your friend use it in places that stick. And four, cotton is also your friend it breathes.

That is about all I have to say after living here my whole life and experiencing parts of Asia and Africa in the summer months.
